Virsh attach-disk at virt-install time

I have a large LVM disk that contains 400G of data. I would like to pair this disk with a virtual machine that will manage the data.

I can virt-install the VM, virsh attach-disk and mount the disk inside the VM. This is all working well. I would like to accomplish the same thing at virt-install time. I tried using two “–disk path=” with the virt-install. This resulted in wiping out my large data disk – which is not the desired result!

How can I attach the disk as part of the VM install process?

Thanks, Greg
