Suposed giveaway? Is it true?

Sorry to add some topic without.

But I wished some confirmation, in mastodon replied “theorically” nixCraft telling me to send a telegram message because I win a giveaway, Is that really true, or there was a vulnerability in mastodon and I’m getting scammed? By somebody suplanting nixCraft? (It asks to pay the shipping, but as I’m in europe the shipping is more 100€)
