Problems with nixCraft website XML feed with GUI RSS reader

I have a problem with the website in my RSS reader (QuiteRSS) and in Firefox. I’m running Linux Mint 19.1

All I get is the raw .xml file, not rendered, with a message at the top:

“This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.”

Thanks for the feedback. It should work now. The url is meant for Rss reader and not for any web browser. Try it and let me know. If you still get problem, please post screenshot of your RSS reader (not the browser) and output of the following url:

It seems that older rss feed cached on your RSS reader. Delete it and try again. I tested with QuiteRSS:

Deleted the feed, did a ‘Clean Up’ with ‘Purge Database’ in QuiteRSS. Restarted QuiteRSS. Put back the nixCraft feed … problem persists.

I tested with Liferea and everything works as it should. The problem is probably with QuiteRSS.
