Can't access camera

Acer Aspire R 3610 running Ubuntu Server 20.04.3
When I plug in Logitech C270 HD camera this line displays in the terminal:
[655.594798] uvcvideo: Failed to query (GET_INFO) UVC control 3 on unit 1:-32 (exp.1).
When I try to access the camera in octoprint it doesn’t work.

I installed V41-Utils
v4l2-ctl --list-devices gives me Failed to open /dev/video0: Permission denied

sudo v4l2-ctl --device=/dev/video0 --all AND sudo v4l2-ctl --device=/dev/video1 --all
Both of these work and see the camera info.
Any suggestions for me to follow?
